No  stranger to the ever changing global logistics environment and always eager to find a solution to solve a problem, Richard started RD3 in 2024.  Every need small or large, is critical to an organizations growth or livelihood, and Richard wants to use his experience to help define and solve those needs.  Richard prioritizes relationships in his approach and loves to work with others who have a similar approach.  

Howdy! My name is Briana Ford. I’m currently an undergrad at Texas A&M University–Galveston, majoring in Maritime Business Administration. Working at RD3 Logistics has been awesome, where I've enjoyed gaining hands-on experience and learning more about the maritime industry. I'm passionate about hard work and taking pride in my creativity, which I express through doing my own nails. My primary goal is to successfully graduate from Texas A&M and continue building a career in the logistics and maritime industry.

I started my logistics career in the warehouse August of 2019. When Covid hit, I was laid off but came back to the logistics world in May of 2022 on the operations side and haven’t left since then. Much of my logistics experience is in trucking with some international air and ocean experience, but my passion lies in domestic trucking. I strive to provide a top-notch experience to all my customers, and I feel like who you are in your professional life is a direct reflection of who you are in your personal life and I take pride in all aspects, professional and personal.
